Nothing happens when I tap on the analyst’s email in an article – why?

Tapping an analyst’s email address in an article should launch a new email addressed to the analyst. Check that you have email enabled on your device to support this.

Why are there no captions on all video content?

In many instances, visual alternatives such as summary slides are referenced throughout the video. In addition the full associated research report is available for download.  Together, this will convey the message of the video.
